Saving Your Work
Foxel groups most recordable data changes into either asset changes or project changes.
- Asset changes include changes to any object in the asset as well as changes to asset properties.
- Project changes are changes to project settings.
To save both types of changes:
- Choose File > Save from the main menu.
All other changes are saved immediately.
Autosave
If autosave is enabled, which is the default, the current unsaved state of an asset is periodically saved to the temp folder. In the rare case of an unexpected early termination of Foxel, the asset can be recovered from the temp file the next time you start Foxel. You can change the autosave settings in Preferences.
