Desaturate

The Desaturate operation reduces the intensity of colors in a voxel grid, effectively converting vibrant colors to more muted tones. This operation is useful for creating a grayscale effect or for adjusting the overall color balance of a voxel model.

Steps to Desaturate Voxel Grids

1. Select voxels or Voxel Layers.
2. Navigate to Voxel > Filter > Desaturate.

Note

Foxel uses indexed color, meaning that the calculated new colors are matched with the active color palette to find the closest color representation.
