Voxel Tool Modes โ€‹

Voxel tool modes control how a voxel tool is applied to the active grid.
You can think of the tool as the action and the mode as the placement method.

Available Modes โ€‹

Choosing the Right Mode โ€‹

Use:

  • Point Mode for precision
  • Rectangle Mode for flat surfaces and masks
  • Box Mode for solid construction
  • Area Mode for screen-space selection and edits
  • Brush Mode for fast sketching
  • 2D Flood Mode when you want to stay on one plane
  • 3D Flood Mode when you want to affect connected or similar data in the whole grid
