Distributing 2D Objects

The Distribute feature allows users to evenly space selected 2D objects within your workspace. This functionality is essential for creating balanced and visually appealing layouts in your designs.

How to Use Distribute

To distribute 2D objects, follow these steps:

1. Select the objects you wish to distribute.

2. Navigate to Object > Distribute in the menu.

3. A dialog will appear with distribution options. The available buttons for distribution are as follows:

   • Distribute Left Edges: Evenly spaces the selected objects based on their left edges.
   • Distribute Centers: Evenly spaces the selected objects based on their center points along the x-axis.
   • Distribute Right Edges: Evenly spaces the selected objects based on their right edges.
   • Distribute Bottom Edges: Evenly spaces the selected objects based on their bottom edges.
   • Distribute Centers: Evenly spaces the selected objects based on their center points along the y-axis.
   • Distribute Top Edges: Evenly spaces the selected objects based on their top edges.

4. Click any distribution button to preview the action. If you are satisfied with the distribution, click OK to apply the changes.
