Linear Duplicate

Linear Duplicate creates multiple copies of the selected object or objects in a straight line.

This is useful for building rows, columns, or other regularly spaced arrangements.

Using Linear Duplicate

To create linear duplicates:

1. Select the object or objects you want to duplicate.
2. Choose Object > Duplicate > Linear Duplicate.
3. In the dialog, set the duplication options.
4. Click Preview to preview the result, or click OK to create the duplicates.

Options

Number of Copies	Defines how many copies are created.
Spacing	Defines the distance between copies.
Direction	Defines the axis along which the copies are arranged.
Rotate	Applies an additional rotation to each new copy.
Scale	Applies additional scaling to each new copy.
