Transforming Pixels
You can access these commands from Pixel > Transform.
Pixel transforms change the arrangement or dimensions of pixel data.
Important
If pixels are selected in the active grid, transforms affect that selection.
Otherwise, they affect the selected Pixel Layer or layers.
