Capturing the Viewport โ€‹

Viewport capture saves the current viewport view as an image file.

This is useful for quickly creating snapshots of your work without rendering through a camera.

Capturing the Viewport โ€‹

To capture the current viewport:

  1. Adjust the viewport to the view you want to save.
  2. If needed, set the desired frame in the Timeline.
  3. Select Render > Capture View.
  4. Choose a filename and save the image.

Foxel then saves the current viewport view to the selected file.

Notes โ€‹

Viewport capture records the view exactly as it is currently shown in the viewport. This makes it useful for previews, documentation, progress shots, or quickly sharing your work.
