  • Add New Color: This button creates a new color initialized with the currently active color and adds it to the first empty space in the palette.
  • Delete Selected Colors: Use this button to remove any colors you have selected from the palette.
  • Import Colors: You can import a file containing colors into the Color Palette. Supported file formats include various color palette formats, images, or even voxel model files. The colors found in the imported file will be added to the Color Palette.

Selecting Colors

To select a color, simply click on it. You can hold down Ctrl to toggle the selection state of individual colors, or hold down Shift to select all colors between two clicked items.

Editing Colors

You can modify the color of the selected item using the Color Mixer or Hue Bar. Alternatively, you can enter specific values in the RGB or HEX input fields. Each color can also be given a name, which will be displayed as a tooltip when you hover over the color in the Color Selector, Color Panel, or Color Ribbon.

Creating Gradients

To create a gradient, select two colors and right-click to choose "Create Gradient" from the context menu. This action will fill the items between the two selected colors with a smooth gradient transition.

Exporting and Organizing Colors

You can export selected colors to a file using the "Export Selected" option in the right-click context menu. Additionally, the context menu includes an option to Organize the colors, which rearranges them to eliminate any empty spaces in the palette. This process ensures that your Color Palette is neatly packed and visually organized.

The context menu also contains a Clear option, allowing you to remove all colors from the palette if needed.

Saving Changes

Once you have made the desired changes to your Color Palette, click OK to save your modifications and close the editor.
