The Sun settings control the main directional light of the scene.

The Sun is part of the environment settings and is commonly used for overall scene lighting, shadows, and atmospheric effects.

Settings

• Azimuth
  Controls the horizontal direction of the Sun.

• Elevation
  Controls the vertical angle of the Sun.

• Color
  Sets the color of the sunlight.

• Disk Visible
  Controls whether the Sun disk is visible.

• Disk Size
  Controls the size of the visible Sun disk.

• Intensity
  Controls the brightness of the Sun.

• Cast Shadows
  Controls whether the Sun casts shadows.

Notes

The Sun also affects some render effects and lighting modes, including Lens Flare and Atmospheric Scattering.
