Shared Export Settings Profiles

Export Settings Profiles are essential for managing the export of assets within Foxel. These profiles allow users to save specific export configurations, ensuring consistency and efficiency when exporting multiple assets. Managing Export Settings Profiles

Export Settings Profiles are managed through the Export Settings Profiles Tab of the Profiles Panel.

Activating Export Settings Profiles

To use a profile for export, it must be activated. To activate a profile, select it and right-click to open the context menu, then choose Activate for Asset Export.

File Location

The default export profile is saved as:
Documents\Foxel\default.fxlexp

All other custom Export Settings Profiles are stored in the following directory:
Documents\Foxel\Shared\ExportSettings

File Format

Export Settings Profiles are saved as basic INI files with the file extension .fxlexp.

Importing and Exporting Export Settings Profiles

Export Settings Profiles cannot be imported or exported. They are designed to be created and managed directly within the Foxel environment, ensuring that users have full control over their export configurations without the need for external file manipulation.
