Voxel Tool Area Mode

The Area Mode is a Voxel Tool Mode that edits voxels within a rectangular selection area dragged on the screen.

Steps to Use Area Mode

1. Activate a voxel grid.
2. Select a Voxel Tool.
3. Activate the Area Mode.
4. Click and drag a selection rectangle anywhere on the screen.
5. Release the mouse button to edit the voxels inside the rectangle using the operation of the active tool.

Tip

Hold down the Shift key while dragging to restrict the size of the rectangle to a perfect square.

When you hold down the Alt key while dragging, the rectangle will be drawn from the center point instead of from the corner.

You can also combine these keys while dragging to create a square base from the center.
