Foxel is sold via our payment provider Paddle, and we handle all licensing and transactional emails directly.

Refunds

We offer unconditional refunds within 30 days of purchase for perpetual licenses only.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Subscriptions (you can cancel anytime)
• Update extensions

We do not require user accounts. Subscription management is handled via a secure portal provided by Paddle.
