We do not allow file attachments in our contact form.
When you use the Foxel application, it periodically sends a heartbeat signal (about every 6 hours) to update your license status. This includes your license key and a last_seen timestamp. No additional personal data is transmitted.

We use your personal data to:
- Deliver license keys and updates
- Provide technical or customer support
- Manage license validity and update eligibility
- Fulfill legal and accounting obligations
We do not send marketing or promotional emails.

- Contractual necessity: To deliver the Foxel license you purchased
- Legitimate interests: To provide support and manage licensing (including heartbeat checks)

5. Payment Processing (Paddle)
All purchases are handled through Paddle.com, our payment provider. When you make a purchase, your payment information is collected and processed by Paddle, not by us. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record.

6. Community and Support (Discord)
We host our support and community via Discord. If you join our Discord server, your use of the platform is subject to Discord’s own privacy policy and terms.
We do not monitor or store personal data from Discord beyond what is visible on the platform.
7. Hosting and Data Location
Our website is hosted by IONOS in the European Union (EU). We do not use external content delivery networks (CDNs) or cloud storage providers.
8. Cookies and Tracking
We do not use cookies, analytics tools, tracking scripts, or third-party embeds on our website, except for the anti-spam CAPTCHA used on certain pages (such as the contact form, help center, and device management).
The CAPTCHA may set necessary cookies to protect against spam and automated abuse. These cookies are strictly necessary and do not track you for advertising or analytics purposes.
