Colors Panel

The Colors Panel is located in the Left Sidebar and provides essential tools for managing and selecting colors within your projects. It consists of two main tabs: Colors and Color Palettes.

Colors Tab

The Colors Tab displays the colors from the Color Palette of the currently open project. This tab is designed to facilitate the selection of colors for drawing. Here are some key features:

• Select a Color for Drawing: Click on a color to select it for your drawing needs. For more information on different methods of selecting colors, refer to the Selecting Colors and Materials for Drawing section.
• Filter Colors: Use the buttons at the top of the color list to set a filter that displays specific colors based on your preferences. For more information, see Filtering Colors and Materials.
• Manage Favorite Colors: Easily manage your favorite colors for quick access during your creative process. For more information, see Managing Favorites.

Color Palettes Tab

The Color Palettes Tab lists all shared Color Palettes that can be selected when creating a new project. This tab offers several functionalities:

• Create a New Empty Color Palette: Use the New Color Palette button to create a new, empty Color Palette.
• Edit Color Palettes: Double-click on a Color Palette to open it in the Color Palette Editor. For more details, see Editing Color Palettes.
• Manage Color Palettes: Easily delete, rename, or duplicate existing Color Palettes to keep your workspace organized. For more information, see Working with Files.
• Import and Export: Import existing Color Palettes to expand your options or export your custom Color Palettes for use in other projects.
