Selecting Texels

Only the active texture allows for texel selection. When you select texels within this grid, they are highlighted in yellow, providing clear visual feedback that they are ready for modification.

Use the Select Tool to select individual texels or to select texels within a specified area.

You can also utilize the following options from the main menu:

  • Texel > Select All: Selects all texels within the active texture.
  • Texel > Deselect: Deselects any currently selected texels.
  • Texel > Invert Selection: Selects all unselected texels while deselecting the currently selected ones.

Note

Empty texels cannot be selected.

Important

If there are selected texels in the active texture, any operations or transformations will only apply to these selected texels, allowing for precise editing of specific areas.

If no texels are selected in the active texture, all texels within that grid, as well as all texels from any other selected Pixel Layers, will be affected by the operation.
